My First Reality Show…

Jul 13th, 2011 | 28 Comments

It seems like so long ago that I was on my way down to Mobile to start the filming of Sweet Home Alabama, but the time has finally come!  We are now officially less than 48 hours away from the debut of what will be one of the most talked about reality shows this summer.  The show differentiates itself from other “dating” reality shows because it adds the dynamic of 10 guys from country backgrounds, like me, and 10 guys who come from all over America with city backgrounds (New Jersey, New York, Las Vegas, Los Angelos, etc).  I have been telling people that the show is like if The Bachelorette met Jersey Shore.  Definitely a recipe for some serious drama between the guys, which will make for some entertaining TV for the viewers.

I am excited about the show and wanted to make my site active since it has been sitting on the cutting room floor since my last year in college at Clemson University a couple of years ago.  I want people who have questions about me, the show Sweet Home Alabama, how gorgeous Devin is, or anything else to have the ability to get in touch with me.  I want you to see the real Tribble Reese.  Stay tuned because the site will be constantly improving as the weeks go on.  Thanks for stopping by and be sure to catch the show July 14th at 9/8c on CMT!

I know you were born in the south but your sandy blonde hair, crystal blue eyes, rigid jaw line and playboy acumen make me wonder if you are of Swedish descent?

Also, do you have any remorse for killing Apollo Creed in Rocky IV?

Dearest Tribble, We know you are a southern gentleman from Alabama and you have excelled in everything you’ve set out to do. Talented in many things, an all-around great guy everyone likes to know. Over the years @ Clemson’s Death Valley, I could sense the future was going to be bright for you. I’m happy you are excited about your new venture. I wish you success!

  • Hayes July 14th, 2011 11:07 pm

    I want you so bad.

  • john July 15th, 2011 2:05 pm

Good for you, Tribble, for the direction in which you are going. For someone who is looking to go in the same direction with their career, do you find that entertainment scouts are looking for someone who can drive both manual and automatic? If so, I should go ahead and get bilingual with my driving skills. Also, where would I go to get teleprompter accredited? I thought being able to read was good enough, but maybe I need to step it up. Thanks, and best of luck on CMT! We’re pulling for you!

I doubt if you will read this but gosh there are some strange people on this writing about you. For example the creepy guy/girl above me. I actually am watching the show, and as much as it pains me to watch how ignorant the city guys are towards country boys. I can’t help but laugh at the comments. “I don’t mean to be rude, but why do you southern boys wear those funny hats.” Lets just say I am not rooting for that guy. :) But I wish you the best on the show and I really do hope that you find true love. On a dating show its hard to know if its real love or contrived love that is being pushed on you. But good luck none the less.

  • Chip July 29th, 2011 8:23 pm

    Dear Tribble,

I have been watching your show religiously. I have seen every episode at least 20 times. I couldn’t agree with you more that the grill is a part of a southern gentleman’s heart. How dare those yankee a-holes try and cook on a grill with southern gentlemen present. I was offended as deeply as you were. I mean..what was he trying to do??? cook lasgna on that thing lmfao!!!

PS. Is the twist to this show that you find out Devon is your sister?

  • Ashley August 5th, 2011 7:24 pm

Hey Tribble! This is Ashley, one of Adam Moyer’s many cousins. Of course I’m rooting for Adam but you and Cody are my other favorites! Some of my family, including myself, went to Tennessee to watch the premier with Adam and will hopefully be going back for the finale. I know you , Adam, and Cody are good friends, so maybe I’ll see you guys in Tennessee sometime in the next couple months!!

  • Amy August 27th, 2011 1:20 pm

    Hey Tribble,

I find the whole Southern Gentlemen vs. City Boy’s a huge joke because I’m originally from Orange County, CA and moved to Greenville, SC to attend Clemson ( GO Tigers!) and I just wanted to say that you do make strong avid points about the South and I’m proud to say I’m actually liking the south better than the city, but I cannot get out of my head how biased your opinion on “yankees” are. We are people with heritge just like you ….

  • Bridget August 27th, 2011 1:32 pm

Why are you so hateful towards people from other places besides the south? You make people from the south look ignorant and prejudice. You are no better on the show than Flex, who you say shouldn’t be there. Why shouldn’t he? People from other places have lots to offer – besides narrow minded southerners who you are portraying. And yes, I know what I am talking about. I grew up in Chicago but now live near Dothan, Alabama. I have lived all over and have traveled the world. Get out there and experience life! There’s more to life than the south.

The photo of you and the girl tells me that you lost the show. It is like a revenge to Devin. You must see what she was scared of is real and it will destroy your life, lust for women. So many men your age are getting so addicted it totally destroys the way a man can love a real woman like Devin. I know her fears, she has discernment and knows that so many men are like that now-a-days, narcissistic is one of the symptoms, women giving you a high for how handsome you are. Take that beauty and use it for good and it will not destroy you. Sexual Addiction is what I am warning you about and I am writing a book about it. It is destroying normal relationships, you want be able to love a woman like you were created to love, you want be able to have real interest in football, outside activity, family like it is meant to be. Remember the Medical College Student who was engaged to a beautiful woman and he killed a prostitute and ruined his life and commited suicide in prison. He has a lot of your similarities. Think I am crazy but I’m crazy about the love of my fellow man and how it is destroying families, feelings and many other things in life. I don’t care if this is not put in your blog but if you receive it. Yes, Devine has a right to fear you, she is a very wise girl and a treasure that sex addicts can’t relate to, her purity, her morals and her way of life differs from a lot of women who feed off the addict and feel so lonely and unsatisfied. I am not sure she can find a guy that is good enough for her in today’s world. It is the number one sin in churches it has spread so bad. It is an epidemic that you and others need to take serious, the destroyer of life, viewing porn on the Internet, having several lovers, having women chase you, all these will turn you like it has turned so many into addicts. It should be the most feared drug in the world because it has been proofed to be the most powerful drug, worse than heroin, cocaine and meth and much harder if not impossible to get off of. I am taking this time hoping the host of your website shares this with you. The world (demons) will lie to you and you will think they have no power over you but this is his tools at the last days of Christ coming. The bible says, the demons will capture more and more because they know it is near though never will know the exact day but they know by the signs around, the end is near. Don’t let it capture you, ruin your beautiful life that God blessed you with to do good not bad and you will not regret it. Don’t listen and take me serious and you will have regrets as you age that will remind you of this blog. I am afraid like Devin and I am sure her parents are, she is a jewel. More worthy than a man that is promoting sex. Sex is not what makes the world go around and the soon you learn the better you will be. Yes, I know she didn’t choose you and you rebelled to put that girl on your lap. Sadly, you weren’t a true Southern Gentleman! Just remember these great words of wisdom… can change, she is well worth the change and the lack of her fearing you. Your Mother has lost her son and I pray you come back.

    Hey, Tribble.

You really do look like a GQ poster boy. So how did you lose to a bumpkin with a 10-word vocabulary?

    That’s a bummer, bro.

  • Courtney September 2nd, 2011 3:31 am

You stole the hearts of many viewers of SHA and Devin was blessed to have met you! Best of luck to you and so excited to see that you have your OWN show coming up. You seem like an awesome southern boy with a city touch, and I just had to gush a minute! Hope you find “the one” on your own show!

    ~A huge fan :)

    Hi Tribble,

I am very disappointed of the outcome on Sweet Home Alabama. You are truly a Southern guy with class. You were the whole package. Devin is such a beautiful girl. You, two looked so good together. I hope she will be happy with her country bumpkin.

Looking forward to seeing you on CMT next month. I hope there will be someone on there that is worthy of you……..Good luck and God bless. Linda

  • Rob Powell September 2nd, 2011 12:32 pm

This is a two part question.

Can you really drive a stick shift? That’s amazing.

How pissed are you at the receivers that dropped those six passes in spring scrimmages at Clemson?

  • Kathy from Peach State September 2nd, 2011 8:35 pm

Hey Tribble I pulled for you til the very end. You have the whole package. Devin was crazy not to choose you and one day she will realize the mistake she made. Anyways glad to see you got your own reality show coming up in October. Follow your heart <3.

    Hey there handsome!

I really have enjoyed watching Sweet Home Alabama, especially because you are easy on the eyes. I am a southern girl (Texas), so I totally get where the southern sweeties are coming from. If you are ever in Texas, please email me. Would love to show you around!

And, there are some creepers on here! Yikes! LOL :)

  • Spartan September 8th, 2011 6:25 pm

First, the comments above are creepy. I went to Jr./ High school with you. Your mom was my Spanish teacher in 9th grade. It is really funny to see you on this show. You are still as cocky as ever. It is good to know your ego just kept growing. You completely played that girl. You knew all you had to do was secure a 2nd place spot in order to get your own show. You were all about Devin and so passionate about her, but when the final date came, you pushed her away. This website of yours just make it even more obvious that you aren’t looking for true love, but using this show as a way to gain fame and recognition. Devin read you correctly. You are one of “those guys” that is more about themselves and always has an ulterior motive. You will probably delete this comment because you can’t have anything negative about you on here, but I hope you read it.

P.S. Grow your hair back out. The gel hair makes you look arrogant.

So getting video footage was more important than the sacred Tiger Walk and Military Appreciation Day?

  • AKE123 April 8th, 2012 1:59 am

Tribble, don’t listen to any of these haters! I was in love with you from the get go! They are just jelous that they don’t have someone as good as you! Don’t worry about that! I think you were a true southern man and did all country people justice! I’ll always support you!
